The off-season is here, and it’s time for our much-anticipated Fashion Retrospections! We're kicking off the 2024 series with a spotlight on world No.1 Aryna Sabalenka and all her Nike outfits from the year.

Sabalenka began the year as the Brisbane International runner-up, sporting last season’s black Nike Fall Night Slam Dress paired with neon shorts. This chic outfit combines a racerback, sheer mesh inserts, a keyhole detail, and a flouncy skirt with a trendy hemline.

At the Australian Open, the champion shone in the red Nike Spring Slam Dress from the Melbourne collection, featuring a textured design, strategic back cutout, and elastic strap for breathability and freedom of movement.

At the BNP Paribas Open, Sabalenka sported the extra-stretchy, slim-fitting Nike Dri-FIT Advantage Dress with unexpected neck and back cutouts, mesh accents, and sweat-wicking fabric.

Greaving the tragic loss of her ex-boyfriend, Sabalenka showed up on the court at the Miami Open wearing an all-black ensemble: the Nike Core Advantage Mini Pleat Skirt and Nike Core Advantage Tank.

At the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, Sabalenka showcased the yellow Nike Summer Advantage Tank, featuring distinctive vertical back cutouts, paired with a flouncy pink skirt for a vibrant look.

At Roland Garros, Sabalenka debuted the Nike Summer Paris Slam Dress from the Nike Paris collection. Its bold red dizzy print, jacquard texture, and “dust factor” orange hue perfectly complemented the clay courts. Blending style and functionality, the dress features Dri-FIT sweat-wicking fabric, a breathable back cutout with elastic mesh, and versatile straps for comfortable, supportive wear.

In Washington, Toronto, and Cincinnati, the 26-year-old opted for burgundy separates, pairing her go-to tank style of the season with classic shorts.

At the US Open, on her way to securing a third Grand Slam title, Sabalenka debuted the high-neck Nike Fall Slam Dress. It featured a bold contrast mesh back panel and Dri-FIT ADV jacquard fabric on the front for performance and style. Contrast binding at the neckline and armholes enhanced its sporty silhouette.

Previously, she posed in the fuchsia version during an Indian Wells photoshoot, while in New York, she also wore a black version.

At her final tournament of 2024, the WTA Finals in Riyadh, Sabalenka opted for a sleek all-black Nike ensemble. She paired the minimalist racerback Fall Slam Tank with the Fall Slam Skirt, featuring side hem vents and an extended back for extra coverage.
